The brewery 21st Amendment was founded only 10 years ago in downtown San Francisco. While researching San Francisco brewing history, founders Nico Freccia and Shaun O'Sullivan discovered that in 1900 there were 40 breweries operating in the city, and 100 years later there were only 8.

They named their brewery after the Amendment that repealed prohibition and began the slow recovery of neighborhood brewpubs. Back in Black is an IPA with dark malts added to create a dark color and rich, toasty chocolate flavors. A terrific brew from an up and coming brewery dedicated to canned beers! $1.69/a can
